This beautiful and unique Oceanfront end unit 2 story Penthouse features 2600 sq. ft. of living space in addition to a large oceanfront terrace. It affords spectacular views of the Ocean and beach as well as west views of the marsh and Intracoastal. Sunrise and sunset views are equally stunning.
The main oceanfront living area extends the entire 40 ft. length of the Villa and has 2 separate sitting areas. The main flat screen TV in the living room offers a wide array of channels and is adjacent to a huge picture window overlooking the Atlantic. The Gourmet Kitchen overlooks the living room, features a 10 ft. granite breakfast bar and shares the stunning views through the picture window. A separate southern exposure deck is accessible from both the Living room and kitchen through separate sliding doors which also provide spectacular views. There is also a wet bar for your enjoyment.
The 2nd level Master Bedroom/bath features a king size bed, dual sinks, over size shower, and oceanfront deck. The Second upstairs Bedroom suite affords stunning views of the marsh and Intracoastal waterway with a full-size bed and its own private full bath. The 3rd bedroom, which is conveniently located on the main floor, is furnished with a queen size bed, and a full bath. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV.
This Villa is located on Amelia Island Plantation which offers activities suitable for all ages and is a great place for a family vacation. You can enjoy the nature center, chartered deep sea fishing, trips to famous Cumberland Island as well as horseback riding, kayaking, and miles of bike and walking trails. Tennis courts are available within the complex and several golf courses are available nearby. You can also visit Civil war era Fort Clinch, Historic Fernandina Beach, or even St. Augustine.

We had a great time at this condo. We have stayed in many others and this was the best. The views are outstanding from every room.The condo is spacious,very clean,well stocked with all you need ,right on the beach and in a short walking distance to the pool.

Condo was as advertised. Great location. Everything in kitchen worked and ready to cook with all dinner ware and cookware available. Beds were more comfortable than expected. Only call to agent was for restaurant suggestions.
